LIFE SKILLS FOR KIDS This is a must read for every homeschooling parent. It is a great resource for discovering what life skills you want to impart to your children. It has great practical ideas in every chapter. I especially like the way the author incorporated her faith into daily life and life skills. It is important for homeschooling parents to prepare their children for independence and this book includes steps and suggestions to help them do it. I found areas where I need to train more diligently in my own family. This book covers things as simple as bicycle safety and as complex as time organization. We need to send out our children as trained and capable ambassadors for our Lord Jesus Christ. |
